IMO he's a grub

He’s one player who couldn’t really complain if he gets injured via foul play because he’s possibly the dirtiest player in the league from what I’ve seen this year. He’s a fantastic player and he could stay clear of that sort of stuff but maybe it’s what makes him the player he is. He’s got great skill for the size of him and isn’t afraid to mix it.

Connor is a wind up merchant of the highest order but I don’t see him being particularly dirty.

If Blake Austin played for Wigan I would be over joyed at the way he is playing/performing. Opposition fans are highly unlikely to openly admit we are lucky to have him in Super League. My youngest (who is Wigan mad) is actually excited to go to the game on Sunday to watch Blake Austin play.

I’ve said I think he’s dirty and niggly but he’s a top quality player and I’m glad he’s in superleague. I only wish we had him here at Wigan. The guy has clearly come over for the right reasons unlike a lot of big name players in the past.
