To be fair, other than the comment about the U20s being better than the Championship, I understand the financial implications on some Super League fans, and if a Crustmuncher wants to go watching his own teams U20's then that's fair enough.

For the 5th time already in one thread. I UNDERSTAND AND APPRECIATE WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
However, with Super League prices being through the roof at the moment for our away games I cant see many people going.

Leigh prefer to have a handful of knuckle draggers with ''GLOW'' flags whilst signing songs comparing Wigan Rugby to the IRA.
Aside from that, it's good to see Wigan and Leigh having a better relationship with regards to loaning out young players. Personally, I'm not sure if I'd part with a tenner to go watching but I do eventually want to see a stronger Leigh both on and off the pitch and possibly in Super League in time to come.

Nice bait Alex lad. Not sure whether it will work being quiet to sign songs though 
A good game of rugby in decent surroundings and a good craic for a tenner is my pitch. Any concerns of anti-Wigan feeling are best left to the 90's, I'd say! |

Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good

I would much rather have Leigh in super league if they could achieve 6-8k crowds like Wakey and Cas do.

| Can't argue for 10 quid. I have a mate who is a leyth fan so if it means I can go and watch the odd matches with him when Wigan aren't playing to see some more Rugby League then it's all good.
I wouldn't agree with away prices being through the roof tbh unless you're referring to Hull FC.
I can't say whether a lot of people will be interested or not. But for me it certainly sounds like good value and something I may consider doing myself. |

Was about 4,500 if memory serves me right. Not bad considering how bad we were that season, not to mention every game being all-ticket with a heavily restricted capacity for anywhere with a roof (as happened at Orrell at one stage IIRC)  |
