It's not bad as modern trophies go. It isn't quite the same as the nice old ones though. The Challenge Cup is probably my favourite trophy in any sport. |

Have to agree, magnificent piece of silverware. Regarding the SL trophy, its similar to the Barclays Premiership one, no real imagination gone into either design (IMO). |

I'm just going on what we were told when my son & I went on a Dads & Lads tour a few years back. That said, some of the previous regimes were not exactly unknown to pull a fast one, so I wouldn't be hugely surprised if we'd just kept quiet & hoped no-one noticed we'd still got it! |

Latics have the Division 2 and 3 titles, the Auto Windscreens replica, the Championship promotion shield they were presented with and numerous other things that highlight their success and achievements such as things they've been presented with by the likes of Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal and the FA. Isn't that what a trophy cabinet is for??
There are GB caps in there as well which were presumably presented to Wigan by players or their families. Should they be taken out as well?

Nobody said take them out, its just making OUR trophy cabinet look untidy having all them tin pot trophies in it  |

It actually looks pretty good as it is in the flesh, up close you can obv tell what cup is cup, all the old ones and world club challeneg ones, ones from when Bath insisting on playing us, 7's and 9's competitions.
