| I hate to say it but I think Lam would be a disaster at Wigan as a coach. We desperately need an experienced coach to turn things around at Wigan, and by that I mean a NRL coach - Lammy just doesn't have that and his CV has hardly been helped by his stint at the Roosters. If he was that good he'd be a shoe-in for the Roosters job next season, given how house they've been this season.
If the rumours are true Lenagan has dropped a big bollox by going for a previous player, which will appease some fans but is again the cheap and wrong option.

I think thats the big issue really.
If Lenagan can get a coach that over 50% of the fans will be happy with for a decent price i think he'll go for it wheather it's the best thing for the club or not.

| Radlinski anyone ? His passion for the club isn't in question and he's part of the England set up now.
Perhaps working in tandem with someone proven, then.

Kris is now on the coaching ladder, I have always thought Rads will one day be Wigan`s coach goes without saying not even in the top ten yet but with the right nurturing, advice and direction hopefully he will get there one day.

Shaun wane is a far more credible candidate than rads.

Warrington led 16-2 in Saturday's Grand Final, but their joy was short-lived as Wigan roared back to win the Super League title and extend the Wire's 58-year wait to be champions:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_10174.png |

| Lam definetly seems to be coming back to the UK - He says he wants to in LE and in this months RL World an interview with Tansey reveals that he thinks he is leaving the Roosters to come to the UK as well.
Assistant - Yes
Coach - No
No to Fairleigh as well, IL needs to appoint a proper coach otherwise we can forget it.

I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass, and I am all out of bubblegum.
Don't you struggle. Don't you fight. Don't you worry, cause it's your turn tonight!

I totally agree, assistant only for Lam, and as for Fairleigh If I were Lenegan I wouldn't even waste my time. I think the fans have spoken, McGuire as coach with Lammy as assistant and Noble many many miles away.

It has now become impossible I feel for Noble to carry on, the semi capitulation was something he cannot come back from.
I hope that it doesnt end on a sour note, he has done many good things for our club and is a throughly decent chap. I wish it had worked for him at Wigan but for whatever reason it didnt.
Im sure Hull/Celtic/Bradford and Catalan will all have him under consideration.

I think he would do very well in france, the squad there is almost ready made for him.

| I take a punt on Dave Furner, he loved his time at wigan and always spoke well and also had influence in the short time he was with us he quickly became one of the pros who everyone looked up to.
I spoke to him many times when he was in the UK and he i think his passion and desire to win would work great at Wigan.
And just recently his raiders side exposed the Broncos to there worst ever defeat.
Whether we could get him away from his own town Canberra is another question.
