Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good

Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate

Shame about most of the homes ones! They all try to hard... lets just have cherry and white hoops with white shorts with red blocks down the side! The guy on abother thread did loads of shirts which were all better than the one we have. Saying that though it really is the shorts that spoil it. The shirt is ok appart from the slash things. |

| I did this last year based on the St George Heritage shirt. Ignoring the classy sponsor, I would have been chuffed to bits with this.
That being said, it's only a kit and I'm sure we won't be discussing it once the season starts. |

I appreciate what you're saying but it's not exactly hideous and I'm sure a shortfall in home shirt sales will be made up for in away shirt sales. It is a shame both shirts didn't meet with universal approval but you're never going to please everyone. As Abraham Lincoln once said...

There's no doubting that the home shirt will sell alot - albeit as you say possibly not in the numbers of the away jersey.
We have this every season, the home/away shirts aren't well liked by supporters but come the season they're always liked amongst the majority and even those who aren't fond buy it anyway. |
