| Quote: Fishermanscap "Clearly you never watched Wakefield in 2006, we were a decent team who shouldn’t have been where we were. If you must invoke Wakefield team and god only knows why then the 2015 team was by far the worst we have put out in SL. Even then there have been numerous team in SL that were far worse than either of the teams you mention and this Wigan team may well be one.'"
No, what I meant was it was the worst performance by a Wogan team since we played Wakefield (Cup - Halpenny/Richards no try) and Castleford (Where relegation actually seemed like a possibility).

| There aren't many teams that have made an imprint on London in the first half.
They kept Warrington scoreless for 30 min and forced then to defend heavily almost all that period...perhaps the catalyst for the Wire collapse in the next two games.
There's no disgrace in struggling against London. If anything I'm peeved you got a try you didn't merit. I had Wigan down for less than 6 win. That's how good London are.

I think you are seriously over egging London’s ability there and that’s from someone who’s team took a first game beating from them. They really are poor now and a properly functioning Wigan should have put a minimum of forty on them.

I deal with facts not fantasy...
I can butter you up and say Wigan are in better form than Wire, over the last 3 games your 100% and we're 33%.
London are good value for the first 40 min at Wigan.

| Looking at the stats from the game, there was improvement from the forwards but Tautai and Navarette need to step it up.

Aye, you crack on with that happy clapping mate.
Just don’t be moaning about attendances in the future.

Happy clapper or realistic?
If we don’t see the Harlem Globetrotters after 4 games in 13 days, I understand it. Ancient & Loyal is lost on most people on this forum. We’ll be fine and I for one will keep turning up.

How many minutes do you think Tautai played?

It’s not about being fine. It’s about the total lack of entertainment and people suggesting they don’t believe Lam is the fella to get us playing well AND winning.
I for one haven’t seen much to persuade me to go back to paying to watch Wigan RL, this season. Sod being loyal, I’ve got a family to look after and pay for. They aren’t entertained by the dean we’ve seen from the club for at least the last 2 seasons.

| One of the things I always think about regarding a coach is, if the team has a real stinker of a first half, as yesterday, you hope and expect to see a considerable improvement in the second half after he has had a word at the break. We often saw that in the Wane era; without being transformed into something wonderful, we generally at least saw a bit more spring in the step.
However, the change against London was only from 'abysmal' to 'really poor'. That does not bode well.

| I guess what people class as being entertained is always going to be a subjective one.
Take the Madge era for example. Some people found the tactics and approach boring, but I personally loved the intensity and enjoyed knowing we'd rip in every week too. The guaranteed intensity, taking pride in their own performance & executing the basics well is what kept me coming back every week.
Wanes team on the other hand might have been a bit slicker with the ball, but you'd never know if they'd be ar$ed turning up or not.
I'd rather see a 4 - 0 than a 36 -30 type game that's strewn with errors and lack of effort.
