I think the general opinion is more because we've had a number of away games on the trot to pay out for and a good number of Wiganers are heading to Catalans at the weekend. In recent weeks I've had to pay out to go to Hull, Huddersfield, Warrington, Leigh and now Catalans. I've not even thought about semi final tickets because I know from experience I'll be able to pay on the door I'd needs be.

Also isn't the reason your sales are going well because if the fact you've been poor for so long? And now you're not.

I can only see positives in this news tbh. If we get beat in that semi I'll be at Wembley in the Salford end cheering you on.

I made them up, but it's probably not far from the truth. Saints said the same before the 2011 semi at the HJ and Wigan comfortably outnumbered them on day. Good on Salford though for drumming up a bit of support for their cup final

We've tweeted that we've got less then 200 standing tickets left. That's apparently from an initial allocation with more being available but all sounds positive for the game from both sides.

As I recall, we were allocated two and a half stands, Salford one and a half. And we're still more likely to fill ours than they are.

Tickets should be re-allocated to a 50:50 split now Salford are outselling Wigan.

Only 500 tickets remain for the Leeds v Hull semi final, that's after both clubs have been given their final allocation, there will be no more going on sale.

Fab travelling support from the Wigan fans in France today. Despite the stupid baiting we're seeing on this daft thread, the Cherry and White crowd is not the problem (and hasn't been for years and years).

I remember them flocking to the banner in the relegation season in a fashion other clubs could only dream of. But I dread putting them to that kind of test again, and on this performance - only 4-8 up at halftime against a weakened Catalan team - you've got to consider that that's the way we're headed.

I thought we were supposed to be making a late challenge for honours ...
