There's no need to get defensive. If you read my several contributions to this thread you'll notice that I actually have a lot of respect for Wigan, and don't actually say anything offensive. Other than a genuine dislike for your most recent offering of kit.

In terms of the chant itself... I'm on your side. I don't do it specifically for those reasons. It's kind of along the lines of the "We Hate Rhinoooooos" chant (which actually just sounds like you're joining in with us.) It's all part of the fun of the match my friend.





Yes clearly that's the case. The only difference is that we don't broadcast to the world about "shrinking the waist" and use words such as "fearsome".

It's not just a shirt. It's the public face of our club, and it's diabolical, like we've been twinned with Stade Francais.
I can only hope the powers that be read these boards and have the balls to admit they were in cloud cuckoo land when they chose it and get us a kit that the team deserve. What must the new signings think of running out in that? Would cost less to re design / get rid, than they will loose on sales.

The worst part about this kit is that looking at the design of it it's actually quite good but it's ruined by the colour scheme.

This kit really is shocking, with the addition of white hoops it could be improved ten fold.

Im buying the new kit it mite not be the best of kits in recent years, but im a fan so will buy a new top no matter how bad it looks, a small tip buy it from a well known sports retailer and get 3 for 2.

I actually like the shirt as a rugby top but 's just not a Wigan kit is it. I do actually prefare it to last years home kit though(which i thought looked cheap) and will probably buy it.

I still don't get why they don't just try out these 'modern' designs on the away kits instead.
