You can talk about your past glories all your life if you wish and you should, but i've not seen anyone stating otherwise and as you well know your reign as Champs is in the past. We are the present, the CHAMPS!! and it seems to be getting under a lot of former Champs skins.

The main crux is that conveniently lots of Leeds fans want to talk about History and decided that 10 years ago is the cut off point!
And Because Leeds Fans have decided that 10 years ago is the cut off point were not a big club unlike Bradford/Leeds & Saints!
We can't point to last year as that was a Fluke (Maybe) so were stuck with last 10 years, hence Bradford/Leeds/Saints fans know more tha us end of.
This is despite a lot of Wigan fans predicting 12/18 months ago that we were prgressing as a club very nocely and the future was bright, they didn't want to listen and believe that Wigans success in 2010 was solely down to some mythical defensive freedom that the RL have allowed Wigan and no other clubs!

You honestly couldn't make it up!

It is beyond some people to get them to register that when the ord "Wigan" is mentioned their brains go into some kind of warped state that loses all rationale!

For Saintsfan to claim that Wigan are Boring to watch and Saints are exciting while She has been bemoaning Potter and his Boring brand of Rugby on the Saints site for the last 18 months is bordering on Lunacy!

We admit that Leeds fans get it from Yorkshire clubs, Soem Saints fans and the odd Wiganner recently.We get it from Everywhere!

Most of whom were dignified in success, its only since we've taken over from them that we've had all the mad little trolls coming on here jealous that they are not the big boys anymore.

There are clubs fans who are just awful in success. Warrington being the worst, quite alot of our fans are like that too unfortunately. But Leeds fans are quite pleasant when they are winning.

I see your point, but I don't rate the Leeds club the way I used to as a lad. If anything, I think their success of recent years has gone to their heads, far more than it did with us, Saints or Bradford.

he was'nt cheating,he was already seriously injured and falling,but what happened afterwards left a bad taste in the mouth,maybe the reaction was a typical small town mentality insularity and all that go's with it.The last few visits of Wigan to the great suburb ,maybe it was the time of ko ,but i never used to see wigan people behave like that i'e throwing toilet brush's ,sandwhich box's etc on the field,have been the worst behaviour of any other club.
and talking about cheating ,need we go back to the salary cap?or your last years tactics ,gamesmanship definately.
The treatment of Danny Mags was uncalled for and out of order and that caused the reaction.Leeds have had a player die on the field and an all time great player once got injured and had a stroke and never played again ,rest their souls.
The treatment of Mags was awful ,hang your insular heads in shame

I found that leeds and warrington fans are bitter. Leeds think they should win everything and warrington expect to win everything like ive said before to old teams with very average players after the first 17
