IMHO I think that the big problem is that Sean keeps on forgetting he is not loose forward. The other players should be shouting it at him whenever he is out of position or taking the ball up like a prop.
That way it will keep him focussed and fresh to play his stand off game.
This does mean though, that the other forwards have a real hole to plug and need to step up the defence effort or we will be found wanting.

this might be the hidden agenda for CC semi......Leeds go in thinking Sam at fullback and prepare to keep the ball away from him in broken play, not worry about Lockers out wide as he is supposedly stuck in the middle. Then have to try and alter on the hoof once Sam pops up in the halves. |

dont think Wane is that clever to be honest. It seems that Wane without doubt has improved the Wigan team on many levels.
Why is it us as fans and not the professionals can see problems before they happen.
many said we will lose at Widnes when we heard the team selection......we did
we all said Lockers is no 6, we all said we will get past Widnes but with the injuries against bradford would struggle and we did.
we all know the answer is NOT to move the entire team around but make small changes. Mellor should have been bought back or Sam moved to the halfs. we can all see it. Wane's stubborness could cost us the CC and that would be criminal after all the good work he has done.
