He was penalised for that. The point Royce was making was that Wigan's high shots were not penalised - except for Coley's. But there were a number more than that, as well as two tackles in the air, both of which went unpunished.

Simmons has complained about high shots before. I think it's the only thing he HAS complained about. He's fully justified in making an issue of it.
