I think Catalans will be too strong for us, though I hope I'm pleasantly surprised.

Don’t ask me why but I think I tend to agree with the prediction. I can see us winning easily. Just as last week, I had a feeling we would lose. We owe Cats one just like Saints owed us one. Play anything like our potential which admittedly has gone missing since the semi final and we should win comfortably. Cats are a good side as we saw down here this season, but we should have too much for them.

Remember, 1 good performance on Sunday could get our season back on track. Not just a win but a good performance is paramount. Although we will be underdogs if we get past les Cats, having played the extra games this season, but we would be right back in it.

Hate posting this as I don’t like to be too confident, but it’s the way I feel. Hope I’m not wrong!

Here's why I think 30+ :

For the reasons I said, I think we're heading for an easy win. Once Catalans are 'beat' ( and I think they will be after 40 minutes ), they'll find it hard not to play 'de-mob happy', it being the end of their season. Thus they'll ship a lot more points, whereas we (after all the stick) will be keen to be ruthless and send out a message.

I can't see us running away with this one, Catalans are a very good side and its knock-out rugby, they will not roll over.

The more and more I think about it, the more I think we will get beat. I think Catalans will be too strong.

I really hope we turn up though.

I think we'll see how good a coach Madge is this week. This is probably his hardest game since being here to get the team ready given the circumstances - the hangover from the cup, the alleged fatigue and the entire season on the line.

For that reason I can only see a Wigan win.
