If is off it won't be because of the pitch it's more to do with the surrounding areas of the stadium

Saints don't have under soil heating.
They'll get the pitch ready ok I'd imagine. As has been said the areas around the stadium could be a problem.
Weather like this Saints need to make a statement by lunchtime if the game is going ahead or not.

Or if no statement is made at all just presume the game is going on?

This is unbelievable. Games in the past have been cancelled for less ice than this. I hope everyone stays safe walking to and from the ground, its treacherous in places out there. I hope we dont get any injuries either with the WCC coming up. Id rather they of cancelled it.
