A friend of mine had it bought for him as a Christmas present. He said it is one of best Wigan related books he has ever read. If it's still in the Wigan shop I'm going to buy it over the weekend.

It was great to meet people on Sunday and to put faces to pseudonyms! And thanks for the tip, Rochdale Warrior - I'll be following up on it!
As for signing books, I'll make sure I always have a pen on me when I'm watching matches in future! :

Well into the book now. I've just had two of my granddaughters looking at me as though I'm daft (now then!!!) as I was in tears of laughter. I'll guarantee that any Wigan RL (not them Warriors ) will recognise themselves in there. It's an absolutely superb read.

Have you thought about selling them in the South Stand Bar prior to home games?
I'm sure The Riversiders would help you organise it.

I was a little sceptical about the book but after this recommendation I wil look to bob in myself and get a copy.
I could do with a good read after the poor effort re Hock's recent book.
