I think Joel is fortunate to get in there.
Percival was a BIG miss for us when he decided to join Saints. He has all the hallmarks of a great centre in the future.

I like the look of Percival and hope he kicks on for England's sake, his size may hold him back on the international stage though.

I genuinely think there is more chance of plaiting snot than Perceval becoming a regular international centre. He has pace and can run a decent line but that's about it.
Obviously he has done some eye catching stuff since his arrival at SL level but in my opinion long term he will not be anything other than a Kris Welham type player.

These kind of threads only serve two purposes;
1-They divide people on tribal loyalites, Gelling vs Percival is a perfect example of this. On the one side the Wigan fans will pick Gelling as they've seen him week in, week out produce the goods and likewise it sounds like Percival has done the same. Realistically the only chance either set of fans get to see the other teams players are when they play against certain teams or when they are on sky.
2- It depresses me as to how poor SL has become. We have just combined players from what are two of the biggest three clubs in the land and there's a few decent lads in there such as Lockers and Roby but if you go back just over 10 years and Murrayfield it would have looked something like this (again subjective)
