terrible in defences, try's to do things way above hes ability in attack and has no kicking game couldn't think of a worse signing to be honest.

Overrated player with a poor attitude.
Anyone looking for proof of this only has to look at this decision to move to SL's poorest side.
He's not going to progress his career is he!

Widnes could sign the best 17 players in Super League but with that lot coaching them they still wouldn't finish any higher than they are now.
Look what Walters did for Catalans? Was it fourth to bottom in just two seasons? London are a good squad but will go nowhere with Powell in charge as he is out of his depth.
Steve O'Connor still doen't seem to get it!

I was absolutely delighted when I heard this as I was seriously panicing that we were going to sign him. Strange signing for Widnes too, if they were going to splash the cash and spend big there are far better players they could have signed.
