To replace who? Are we shifting Carmont out wide? I reckon more likely Roberts will be back in on the wing.

Replace Marsh, Roberts to wing to replace Charnley, Deacon to take Roberts' bench spot.

| Roberts will be a straight swap on that left wing imo.
Rightly or wrongly Maguire is a huge fan of Steffan Marsh and rates him higher then Charnley as a centre.

If Pat goes well in the under 20's Goulding and Roberts are gonna have to have blinders to keep their places.

| IMO we can't slot Joel into centres on Friday. No matter if Marsh is as bad as Desi Williams we cannot let a player who has lacked form waltz from a ban into the starting 13.

Joel Tomkins has to start imo.
His form was better against Salford and Hull FC until his sending off and the side is really missing his threat running wide. I think our 3 backrowers in Hansen, Hoffman and Lockers are all super players but they're all very similar whilst running the ball in and we're desperate for some unpredictability in the side.
We've been a little easy to read in attack so far this season and guys like Roberts, Joel and Richards(eventually) can change that.

Once Finch beds into the side we should see our attack open up somewhat.

Hopefully.
If we can get him settled down and Richards back upto speed in the next 4-6 weeks whilst not taking to much of a hit on the league table we'll be in a very good position going into summer(with Hock and Fielden to come into the side aswell).

Or once we get past Leeds, playing six of our next eight games against sides currently in the bottom 4 should see our attack open up somewhat.
I think people are panicking over our attack too much at the moment. We've had a damn tough start with three of our six games being against sides in the top 4 currently, plus the World Challenge to contend with. It has dropped significantly in the last three weeks but prior to the Hull game we had both the leagues best attack and defence.

I just think we're physically and mentally drained after the WCC

Me too. I'm sure Bilko mentioned how poorly Leeds played pre & post WCC finals over the last few years. If we can win on Friday and then crack on I'd say we have come away with it pretty lightly.

Said that to my Dad afterwards and posted it on here to one of the many webbed footed trolls we've had on since.
Get back to pretty much full fitness injury wise and I'm fully confident we'll be fine.

Well it's a mixed bag.

The main point I was making is that we were not afforded a weeks start like Leeds always had. That has made a tough start even tougher for us. Plus if you look at those starts Leeds had and compare to our start this year....Three of the current top four already played....

I agree. Even v Wire, as poorly as we played by our normal standards, we could easily have had another 4 tries with just a touch more luck, or a different ref...even without taking into account the players we had missing.
