not many im guessing, but the facility to get disabled upstairs is there.
so its a mickey poor excuse imo to blame lack of disabled facilities.
the only way upstairs with prams/wheelchairs in many large stores is by stock/staff lift.
so whats the real excuse for changing??
pressure from whelan to line his pockets???
does bear thinking about
