| After spending about 30 mins on the phone my wife finally managed to get us tickets for the game  .
Like I said earlier in the thread imo there should have been a system in place that allowed people who had been to a certain amount of away games to get first bite at the cherry rather than have a season ticket holder free for all.
Granted for those who have paid on the gate at away games it would not have helped much, but it lessens the chance fans who travel away all the time getting not getting tickets. |

They'd be silly to make an announcement yet. IMO they'll see how presales progress then make an announcement nearer the time. |

Went down at lunchtime expecting to get some and unfortunatly they'd all gone.
I'm on a waiting list so hopefully we'll manage to get some more. If not i'll have to make do with it on the radio with the 2 bbc games on the tele.

my lad went lunch time and they had gone......
a guy in lotto shop first thing said hed been queuing from 6, and the guy in front of him got 66 tickets.
its not breaking any rules i know, but i think if we get a similar situation again they should make it a limit of 4 per person with 4 season tickets, and make the lazy buggers who sent somebody else to get em, get off their bum and go queue up.

I was just thinking that, I definitely agree. Really, they should have thought of that for this time though, it's pretty obvious. |

Somebody I know took 17 down and was there from around 6.30am. And I'm incredibly greatful! As I was working and would have had no chance of getting one otherwise. Why should the jobless get priority? |
