| Got to agree, well done Harlequins, totally outplayed us in the second half and went away with a deserved win. This result has been in the offing for us for a few weks now and we have to take it on the chin and move on. Wont be the only surprise this year just hope we learn from it.

| a 32-2 second half(at home) score is unacceptable, Quins took advantage of some really poor defending from Wigan and truly deserved their win , i suppose it was inevitable that we would play them just as they got everyone back ...but things have not looked good for a few weeks to be honest and we've scraped a few wins, this could be a big wake up call for Wigan , and we may now get to see how good we really are and how much of a motivator Maquire really is, tonight we looked flat and lacked the 2nd phase runners that we have had all season and has served us well... personally i think our squad is not strong enough to stay ahead of the pack when we get injuries...Tonight we were short on half backs and it showed ..i'm gutted we lost but we're still top and there's a long way to go. but to put it in perspective if someone had said to me at the start of the season that after 12 rds we'd be at least 2 points clear i'd have thought they were mad

| Hey, Odemwhinger, the ref gifted it to them?!
I doubt that very much. Have a look at Phil Clarkes Sky column this week. You will see that for the third year in a row, Quins have had by far the least pens awarded.. FYI, you mob have been awarded 97 pens while Quins have have been given a mere 54. Bloody stinks

Fielden was cack as were all the forwards, they were just walking it in instead of smashing into them. The whole team stunk of bertie big complacency and Quins were easily the better side. They looked dangerous every play whereas we were e. Well done Quins, i was shocked and impressed by you performance!

Fielden had a fine game imo bar an unbelievably stupid offload in the 2nd half.
A few of the other forwards on the other hand weren't at their best and O'Loughlin is about as much of a 6 as Feka is a winger. He looked to be trying far too hard to make something happen from 6 tonight instead of just playing his natural(and superbly good) game and getting the job done in a simple way.

I also think their guy stepped out before putting the ball down for their first.
That said we were awful and deserved the loss. Congrats Quins, now bloody back it up and convince SL that a London franchise isn't a mistake!

But was going for 2 in the second half instead of going at them when they sounded on the ropes the turning point?'"
No I don't think so. The damage had already been done in the first 15 minutes of the second half. The 2 points was a vain attempt to steady the ship imo. Quins were on a roll and were well worthy winners. the embarrassment was the fact that it was 30-2! Danny Orr, was man of the match by a country mile and showed touches of why we brought him from Castleford in the first place.

| We have been shaping up for this loss for a few weeks now. Performances against Salford and Sheffield were less than convincing and losing Tommy and Deacon at the same time has been a significant factor IMO as far as tonights performance goes. Also Bailey is never a centre and playing him there generally means the winger gets no service and no back up.
Having said that Quins played the better on the night and deserved their win.

I agree. I think we have been in a 'bad patch' for a few weeks now, hopefully this will be a massive kick up the .
Once we get a few players back, roberts, coley, gleeson we will be fine IMO.

| No arguments from me tonight, a thoroughly deserved Quins victory. We can alwways point to taking two when the tap looked a better option and Farrells disallowed try that looked good from way at the back of the West stand, but if we can tread water for the next few weeks while introducing some youngsters to SL like we did tonight THREE DEBUTANTS!!!!! When did that last happen!!!! then all in all the season WILL be a success.
