My god what does Noble have to do 2 be sacked!! I'm sick to death of watching this shower of $h!t each week! And guess what it's 90% all BN fault!
Imagine what a good coach could do with the likes of;
Richards(top points scorer 2 seasons in a row top & NRL top try scorer)
Carmont(dream team centre)
Ainscough(What a talent this kid has. Can't wait to see him get worse under BN as all good wingers do under him )
Roberts(scored everywhere but Wigan)
Smith(Daily M YP scrum half not a 6. Take note Noble)
S.Tomkins(The best player of his age group. When we gonna see him?)
Lockers(MOM for GB in the 2nd row when utilised as he should be. )
J.Tomkins(young player of the year runner up last season and he's on the bench? Add to that our top forward try scorer 2)
Hansen(in the top three defensive 2nd row's in SL!)
Fielden(never gonna get dropped by his bum chum needs a kick up the . Will Noble honestly do this?)
Tommy L( almost the MOM in a WC final from Hooker! Why not play him there)
Feka & Hock(the two best impact players in SL imo. Are we honestly making the most of them?)
The back room staff is a joke 2. Its jobs for the boys all under Noble. Can we honestly say we have any of the best coaches in SL? Our players look lethargic and unfit in some cases. This is not acceptable for any SL team never mind Wigan.
Is BN really pushing this team to maximise its undoubted potential? Where is the innovation, the raising of the bar to the highest standards or the never say die attitude that all successful teams have to have? Where is the consistency from week to week or the winning streaks that we never go on?
Please people get your head out of the sand! Noble is out of the depth by a long, long way.

| And imagine what Noble can do if the players don't drop balls, miss tackles, give away stupid penalties, etc.

Even in relative terms Wigan aren't so fortunate. You can't construct an argument to justify moving TL to hooker (the only consistent vertibrae in Wigan's creaking spine) on the basis of the World Cup. It's faulty reasoning based on a erroneous premise.'"
I am not constructing an argument to justify moving Lulu to hooker. I believe on the performances I have seen from him at hooker, that has been his best position as of late. Whatever players he has around him does not detract from the fact that 9 is probably his best position. If he has cr@p players around him, it does not matter whether he is at 7 or 9 he will still have cr@p players around him.

You have to instil discipline in your side. You can't control what a player does but generally the best coaches have a well disciplined side.
At the end of the day BN is the boss of this team and if NUMEROUS, players not just one or two are not performing under him and making basic errors all the time you have to start looking at the management they are under. Players such as Lockers, Hock, Tomkins, Richards and Roberts don’t all turn into bad players over night.

I disagree I really rate John Kear. I think he's a fantastic coach.
He coached Sheffield Eagles in 1997, taking them to the Premiership Semi Final in that year. The year after do I need to say what he did?
He was coach of the England team in the 2000 World Cup, leading them to the semi-finals.
He then took Hull FC to the challenge cup final and beat Leeds.
He then steered Wakefield from relegation with four wins from their final six.
He then took a poor Wakefield side to 8th in super league their second highest ever finish in super league.
If we weren't going to get an Australian I'd go for Kear.

He's tried and tested tho. I admire what he's done but he's a little 2 old school for me.
We need a Lowe or Monie type who will bring in fresh ideas and practices imo.

John Monie is available but I don't think he will come back to Wigan for a third time.

Again sorry i don't think he's right at this moment in time.
What i meant by Monie and Lowe was that they were coaches who were far, far ahead of other coaches at that moment in time. Lowe revolutionised the club he forced the players to embrace a professional attitude that we almost unheard of at the time he also set standards higher than at any other club that’s what set us apart and made us the best. We were never happy with a good win we always wanted perfection and that next level. Same for Monie as the guy was a master at defensive patterns and brought new tactics over with him from Aus which again took us to a level above anything in RL.
We need a coach with new ideas who is 'ahead of his time' so to speak just as Monie and Lowe were.
Is Noble ahead of his time? Are we setting the highest standards for our players or are we just happy at getting into the playoffs and going from there? Feka is a perfect example- He’s a quality player who’s never gonna be a 80 min player and we shouldn’t expect anything of the sort from him but cast your mind back to last year when he did lose a little bit of weight after working with Pongia, he was in the form of his life. Is Noble/Forshaw pushing him to continue this?
For me the standards set under Noble aren't good enough.

| I think there just being realistic and can indentify serious problems with the management of the club.
Worst start for 25 years but don't panic.
Lost to a depleted Wakefield side and Castleford at home but don't panic.
I doubt some people would be saying this if there was relegation. We'd all be panicking then!
