I just googled 'parents sue school' and they are the top 5, there are 1 million and 80 thousand hits. One of those is parents sueing the school for not checking a teachers myspace page.
I'll put it another way, your a headteacher, you decide to pass a school fit, a kid falls on the ice in the grounds you passed fit, who's fault is it??

I can regrettably confirm that services have now been resumed, although there are still plentiful delays. I have never seen a more miserable bunch of people than those stood at Wallgate at 8am...  |

Them 5 were from America smart ar5e its expected from daft yanks, they would sue for the slightest thing over there, I said how many do you know to have sued the school over something like slipping on ice? |

Bus diversions still operating on.....
32 Wigan to Manchester (currently not operating via Castle Hill).
540 - Service currently unable to serve Castle Hill or Washacre Estate.
600 - Service operating via Wigan Road instead of Old Road.
610 - Wigan - Hawkley Hall Circular is currently not serving Fulbeck Avenue due to road conditions. The service will use Carr Lane in and out of the estate.
621 - Service not operating via Bell Lane in Kitt Green, going straight down City Road.

Just a quick question. I went to work yesterday and the car park for my work was completely iced over, now for Health and Safety reason I thought that was dangerous enough. But if I had a car crash on the car park, who's at fault me or the company?

the media were just getting over excited again; in London all the tubes and buses are running, the roads are open and everyone except the media are carrying on as normal.
