| Unfortunately you get a few at every club, these Cas lads done speak for the majority. Carney is that type of animal and he's always going to be in front of the disciplinary, it's just his style.
Anyways, he's not going to be involved in what I hope is going to be a great game with two great teams. Let's show the BBC that rugby league is the best sport in the land .

| I've just witnessed the best Cas performance in many years today, 54 points (and Sneyd missed 6 conversions) next weeks a different game against tougher opposition, we will travel full of confidence but start as under dogs.
It's got the makings of another absolute barnstormer, 2 of the best sides in SL, the most exciting team in the league against arguably the most physically intimidating team in the league.
Can't wait to get over there, may the best team go through, hope neither of us are talking about the ref for the wrong reasons afterwards.

I have to agree with most of that. I'm expecting an enthraling game with plenty of talking points. Wigan will start as favourites given our recent big game experience. I expect Cas to show up and be counted. I'm quietly confident but not enough to be putting money on it.

| We ripped Hull KR to bits yesterday with no Carney. However, Wigan will be a much tougher game. One of which I expect us to lose in a close match.
Real excited for it now though. Heard you may have some of your injured first teamers back. Is this a good thing for you as your youthful team have played amazing of late.
Wigan to win by 8 I say. Beginning of second half take a lead before battling tough to hold on for win. Hope not though!!

Warrington led 16-2 in Saturday's Grand Final, but their joy was short-lived as Wigan roared back to win the Super League title and extend the Wire's 58-year wait to be champions:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_10174.png |

| Ticket sales look absolutely dire for this, can't understand why tbh.

Sadly, which ever set of fans team gets beaten they will be on these forums moaning about the ref within minutes.

| Cas are in tremendous form. No way is this a foregone conclusion!
Wigan will need to be in tip-top form to pull this one off.
I think there will be 6-10 points in it either way.

I think Powell needs a proper run of games to judge whether he is capable of taking over from Green next year and now is the ideal opportunity. He didn't have the best of games last week. When does a half have a good game behind a beaten pack? He has done enough iver the last few weeks IMO to warrant selection.
A lot depends on whether MM is playing. I suspect he will be. If he is Williams on the bench if not Williams to start and Rocky on the bench with Powell rotating to #9.
The pack is looking strong again.

Cas have been a joy to watch this season and played some breathtaking rugby. I was guilty of thinking they would perhaps fall away after the good start but they've been brilliant and are looking the real deal.
We will have to be at our best to beat you.

| Wigan by 30 to 40 points im not worried about a team that can only play well on a small pitch. You mark my words 55 to 60 minutes in if were not already blowing them away we will put another 20 to 30 points on the board between then and 80 minutes. Our team is much stronger and much fitter than Cas. Don't get me wrong they have been the surprise package this year and had this been on their own ground it would be much closer but Daryl Clark can't win this on his own! PREDICTION: Wigan 46-12 Castleford
