You wasn't called a scumbag directly, what I said was, if you was to sell a desperate person a ticket for a substantial amount of money more than you paid, that makes you a tout, which is illegal, it puts you in the same bracket as the people that hang around football stadiums targetting people that are desperate for tickets and make a large (illegal) profit.

Depends what you mean by using it??? And how exactly you would prove that that picture is actually based on Richard Ashcroft?? I know several people that have similar hair to that and wear sunglasses, it could be anyone. Wouldn't stand up in court.
