I posted this starting a thread on there yesterday.
"As a Wigan fan I'd just like to say well done to the Leeds players today.
Given the games our two teams have had this season I certainly was not expecting a Wigan walkover. It was the cup and anything can happen. And it neatly did! Burrow was outstanding for you and I thought he was in with a shout for Lance Todd."
146 views an no replies. I wasn't expecting and Oscar but good grief I'd have thought at least one person would have taken that in the right spirit.

I meant every word of what I posted on SS as well. On the way down to Wembley my son asked did I think we'd win and my reply was we were favourites but I expected a really close game and if we won it would be 26-14 or something like that, not a walkover. |

Some good selections there. The same newspaper made a total pr1ck of itself last year, by unquestioningly supporting the 'gracious and sporting' Leeds club when they tried to blame the Wigan players for Danny McGuire's self-inflicted injury suffered in the act of blatant cheating. |
