You can train all you want but you cant get match fitness unless you play
I'd say he's about 6 weeks away and come good for the back end of the season

I know, not the biggest fan is he?
Hock was, and still could be the best second rower in SL, maybe even the world IMO if he carries on working hard on his game, can't wait see him against the Aussies, thats if McBanana picks him, maybe pick Willie Manu instead knowing him.
