Don't understand all this about being freezing....

1. the roof will be on, not as bad as people think

2. brave it and man up, its the first game of the season

3. doesn't stop most people turning up to other games, no-one will complain at the WCC.

4. we have clothes, use them

2 of us just for the day, early coach start at 7.30am

i went to the Carling Cup final a good few years ago at the MS two weeks later in the year than this event.
the air con was on and thus was as cold inside with the roof closed, as it was outside. its was terrible...

i know my grandparents wont attend due to mobility issues and travelling all that way. yet due to not liking to tell people that, they have been saying they don't want a weekend away in the cold....

it's a blooming long drive. i did it for a football cup final (Not the Pathetics one) once and vowed never EVER to do it on a coach again

Mr & Mrs RW going, didn't fancy the drive back Monday so giving the train a go, Saturday morning direct to Cardiff back Monday ,

thats fair enough really. If its on again I might consider driving it next time. As long as there are places near the stadium to park then I'll definately consider it

The roof will make little or no difference to the temperature inside the stadium.

Just turn your heating off at home for a few days and see how cold it is.

Four of us driving down just for the day
