Problem is for the last few seasons when we get some second phase play, we just give it to Hock or a prop, hopefully Tomkins will take charge in broken play or we can start spinning out to the centres and wingers more often.
Hock is a huge loss but we just have to get on with it. |

Am i the only one who doesnt think McIlorum distribution from hooker really isnt good? IMO he has something in him and could be a good player i just personally dont think at hooker. He hits hard and does run hard but IMO is to slow and often doesnt find a running player with a crisp pass. If he was an Australian/not from wigan would everyone be wanting him in the team at hooker then?
As for the argument i personally think TL game is much more suited to hooker

So far a pretty convincing 9 to 1 in favor of Tommy playing Hooker, maybe not this year but I'm sure eventually when Mellor partners Tomkins at halfback we'll then see Leuluai move to 9 full time.
