I ordered mine ok on the e-ticketing website with no problems. Its really simple and reliable from my previous experience.

I did have a problem when I first registered until I realised that I had to 'activate my account' with my client code. Now when I log on it recognises my client code and even has my seat reserved for me. I clicked on the link and bought the ticket. Simples!

So to anyone still having problems, even if you have logged on, make sure that you have activated your account.

Never had problems with it - don't see why there's so much opposition to it either.

My account is activated, shows up the same client code as on my season ticket when I log in but I can't buy my seat.

It is only showing tickets for general sale.

The system is useless.

Well that is a really helpful comment. It has clearly got a serous bug in the system.

The two of us complaining so far are ones with an account already active and when we log in using our existing password we do [inot[/i get presented with the option to buy our season ticket seats.

It is not the first time it has proved useless either.

Did you not speak to someone at the club last time, or did you just bitch on here about it and expect it to magically fix itself?

If you don't get it fixed, by speaking to someone with the capacity to fix it, then the site will continue to be "useless", and complaining to us on here won't get you anywhere

I used it earlier for myself, and the 3 other season tickets in our house.

Worked perfectly fine first time.

I just hope the postman is as efficient.

The system works fine for me everytime I try it. Ive bought season tickets, home tickets and away tickets with no issues at all.

no problems when i got my ticket yesterday, logged onto site and my seat was there ready and waiting for me to purchase. also added member and got daughters ticket as well.

The whole ticketing situation is a bloody shambles! I can't use the e-ticket system as it won't accept my client code or password and I have just wasted £3.50 on a phone call to the ticket office (DW rubbish and Ticketmaster) to be told that my season ticket isn't actually available! I live in Manchester and don't have the easy option of visiting the stadium just to get a ticket. I accept that these sub-standard operators are working as agents for the club but what a shambles!

I'm having the same problem as Robbie - system lets me log in but that's as far as I can get. Now been on phone to ticket office for 20 minutes - just got through !! and booked my ticket. Tried to sort out the E ticket problem but no joy. I've been promised an email from the admin about how to sort it out so I am waiting for that. Might have been cheaper to drive the 40 odd miles to the stadium

No problems for me, just booked for our 3 season tickets seats.
After just getting back from a weekend in London, getting the tickets so easily and quickly was a god send !!!
