| Any news on a warm up game? Emailed the club and got told details hopefully to be announced later this week but still nothing.
Would be ideal if they could play at one of the clubs around Sydney. Fear if it's in New Zealand/PNG as the rumours have it, it would become unaffordable.

We get there on the 20th so would miss a warm up game. However, if it meant we would have a better chance of winning the WCC do it. It's just we won't be able to see it.

All the NRL teams are in the Auckland 9's the week before, so I doubt any warm up game will involve any NRL teams.

| That's what I thought. PNG doesn't sound the safest of places so don't think I'll go there. Not sure what other options there are. Latest one I've heard is NZ Warriors in Hamilton. The press release said they'd play the warm up between Wednesday and Saturday so maybe they could play NZ warriors on the Wednesday freeing them up to play in the 9's.

Yea I wouldn't want to go to PNG. Maybe they could play a NSW Cup team in Sydney...

That would be ideal. Don't think travelling about the week before the game is a good idea. It's not like just nipping an hour across the M62 for a friendly.

Anywhere but Hamilton. Hamilton is the dullest city in the whole country, absolutely bugger all there!

Isn't Hamilton twinned with Warrington?.

Haha I might as well be. Serious though, Hamilton is one of the most boring places that I have ever been to in my whole life. There is literlly nothing there.

| We have rooms booked in Auckland, so if the match is in Hamilton its only an 1.5hr coach ride . Plus we are stopping for the weekend for the Auckland 9's , should be a blast in Auckland this weekend
