Buzzing with this. I was slightly worried it would be another one year deal and we’d go through all this again next year.

French can be even better next year, looked a bit heavy and struggling for fitness in his first dozen games this year.

No enough of that - he needs to be in Wigan over the winter having a full preseason with the team.

Great news he's staying - a genuine superstar. Be interesting to see if we continue playing him on the wing next year or whether he goes to fullback.

Could have been a condition in the contract he can return to Wigan after Christmas.

Never really dared to hope that we'd manage to hang onto them both. But this is just fantastic work by the club, and puts Bevan on the way to be becoming a Wigan great, as suggested upthread.
