Well he will effectively be on trial with the RFL (who make the laws that he needs to abide by) who in order to ban him will have to prove he is guilty of the alleged accusation. So until they are able to do that he is...erm.....what's the word again...........

And the RFL will follow due process. Have the RFL banned him without evidence? Have the crown prosecuted him without evidence? No they haven't so you can all stop with the "whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty" because that only applies to the process, whatever that may be, not not to people on forums or social media.

Someone said that the law of the country is "innocent until proven guilty". Well that only applies to the law, not to people like me and you. I can take the view that he is guilty regardless of what the law says. Likewise, I can also take the view that he is not guilty even if he is deemed so by the law.

Non white people do not need white people telling them what is offensive and what isn't.

As for the "forced apologies" for actions done 200 years ago, what actions do you mean? Colonisation, Slavery?

I would say an apology is getting off lightly. When a country still benefits from those actions centuries ago and the ones who suffered are still suffering centuries later I would say damn right there should be an apology. An apology isn't saying people today are to blame but what it should mean is those that did take part in such things are no longer revered or celebrated.

Repirations would be the correct action nevermind an apology.
