| Sounds good. It’s nice to be able to stay at Belle Vue and hopefully they can develop it further as the years go by.

| Watched the Newcastle game tonight.
Miski went well strong carry and great work ethic but he did knock on again off a short kick.
If we were to recall an outside back to replace Marshall I’d personally go with Halsall who scored another well taken try and is solid in all aspects of the game.
Thornley though would be my choice, he was fantastic pre injury plus we can also use French if Marshall is out.
Farrell and Bateman will be key on Sunday. When Wigan have the ball they will need to go at Lino and Miller on the edges to try take some running out of them as they are playing very well.
Johnstone looked devastating against Salford and will need to be watched but he does have his moments in defence.
I think it has the makings of a cracking cup tie.
Very much looking forward to it.

Miski was good, but I can't understand the logic in using a quota spot on him. You've listed two perfectly good alternatives to him and I'm sure that, if we looked hard enough, there'd be a fed trained winger who could do a similar job too. Or possibly a recruit from RU who wouldn't count on cap or quota.

| In recent years Wigan v Wakey seems to have become a bit of a home banker, if it was at the DW I'd be pretty confident, at Belle Vue not confident at all.
It'll be a new 3/4 line that's for sure, think I'd go Field Bibby Hardaker Thornley French

Agree, was thinking the same.
Quota spots too valuable for them not to be in the 17 guaranteed.
I’d be interested in seeing what the other Newcastle winger could do in SL with a bit of time to settle in. He is one hell of an athlete.

| Sounds like Johnstone will play according to Pochings interview and was more precaution. Throw big Dave into the mix and it should be a very competitive game

| Dodgy risking Marshall if it is his hamstring, risk losing him long term if it goes pop on Sunday plus we're risking losing an interchange and probably seeing a 3/4 line reshuffle in a must win match

I agree; we have decent wing cover with French, Thornley and Miski.
Although Marshall was having a fitness test at half time of the Hull game, so his injury couldn’t have been that bad. 10 day turnaround might have done the trick.

I don’t mind Belle Vue. It might not be much to look at but they talk about how great Headingley is but as an away fan the facilities are probably better at Belle Vue. I can find cover if I need it and I can get a pint and a pee without trekking half a mile.'"
The East stand is getting demolished and a brand new one been built .The North stand is getting a revamp ,There is talk of a G4 pitch so the stadium can be used all year round .When you think we were two and a half million pounds in det when Mr Carter took us over which he as cleard and paid all crediters and dets just shows were we are now .

Our new Coaching staff do not play any player with a small injury Dave as been out for 2 week with a slight knock Chester would make a two week injury into a two month injury by playing players who were not fit.Come over and enjoy the game i will not be there. as got covid Gutted as was enjoying the rugby we are playing this season It is the best I have seen down at Wakefield for a lot of years Not going to say you will not win but we will give you a game

He hasn't been match fit all the time he's been at Trinity but, however he looks, he always seems able to put in a decent shift
It was against you guys that he raced up the left wing and passed inside for Jowitt to score.
The guy is an absolute freak of nature (in a good way ).
Promises to be a decent game, as will the other 3 ties.
Hopefully a decant weekend of RL.
Enjoy the game but, hope you come second in this one.
