It's a major major incentive and one which I reckon would eclipse any salary. That incentive will surely transfer down to the players as well, the chance to work with not just Lam but also Shaun Edwards would be a major draw.
I hope J & S Tomkins are looking back with regret. |

If you watched the interview he said he had an almost guaranteed 10 years worth of employment in Union. He was coming for the challenge and similar money. |
