Apologies. I've just noticed too that your seats are in the east stand, which means you're quite right and you'll be opposite the mass of Wigan and Broncos supporters. Still, it should be an interesting session. IIRC Mike Ford and Shaun Edwards were both after the scrum half role and Mike won, which is why Shaun ended up at full-back. Any chance of a few notes on the forum on what they say?
What was it about that Wigan cohort that so many of them ended up in big jobs in the other code - Lydon, Betts, Edwards, Farrell, Ford (have I missed any?), and Offiah, the only one to have played the game, didn't! |
