a ST holder with 3 vouchers gets priority over a non ST holder with 3 vouchers.
a ST holder with no vouchers is behind in the queue to a non ST holder with 2 ? vouchers.
Give ST holders 1 voucher start to allow for illness, unforseen circumstances, etc...thats the reward for having a ST.
A ST holder who moans about how much the ST cost them, and doesnt attend cup games until the final, doesnt merit having priority over a non ST holder who has been to every cup game. |

buy them over the phone/internet and lie about your age. Nobody queries it, and turnstile operators on the day cant be bothered asking for your birth certificate.
And if they do, you tell them you produced it at the time of purchase...simples  |
