Like you, I thought we would have got beaten in the pack.
We are light in the pack.
Tonight our backs opened up.
But will we be able to do that when we play in the 'crunch matches' ?
That's when it counts.
Losing in semis is hard to swallow, especially for Wigan, where only the best will do !
I suspect that you are like me. After seeing the Wigan teams of the late 80's and 90's we become over critical.
And why not ?
My old Dad is even more critical than I.
He was a close friend and schoolboy mate of RL and GB legend Martin Ryan. He also knew RL legends Jim Sullivan and Brian McTigue amongst many others. |
