Alex, I don't think it would be a problem as long as the design is different to the amateur clubs shirt. For instance a black and green hooped shirt could be the St. Pats year. Blue and gold hoops could be used for St James etc etc |

The home ones nice but there wasn't enough of a difference to the 2012 kit to twist my arm but this one has.

I do like the fact that in this day and age of numerous shirt sponsors, we only have the one main one on the front of the shirt. Ok we have about 10 on the back and the sleeves, but I hate it on other teams kits that there's about 5 different sponsors on the collar, chest and wherever else on the front of the shirt. I think we're the only team who does this

not sure i would want to walk round in a Pats, judes, cuthberts etc shirt....and suspect many others dont. i think it would be detrimental to shirt sales. But nice idea..maybe as a one off for the annual community game?share of proceeds going to nominated amateur side each year? |
