I left it too late for the half price unreserved tickets as well - my own fault as the lady in the ticket office warned me they didn't have many left when I picked up my Saints tickets a few weeks ago. Rather than pay £22.50 for a reserved seat for one day, I got a 2 day unreserved ticket for the same price. Wasn't planning to go on Saturday and I still might not. I don't have good luck with buying reserved tix from the club - I usually end up sat in the middle of Thatto Heath A team's away day trip

Anybody heading into the city centre prior to the game? I was thinking a few scoops in the Oyster Bar etc before making my way out to the game

Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot
Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good

sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league

Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate

Think about these boards if we lose, think about the stick you will get off saints fans if we lose. Think about the bragging you can do for beating them 3 times in 7 weeks! Think about the banter in the stadium if we beat them! How can you not get excited and up for a game against saints? |

Partly because I can't go because I'm on holiday, also partly because we played Saints 6 times last year, this will be our third of 4 this year, and we could potentially also play them twice in the playoffs again. We're playing them too many times. |

I agree with Katrina. I only got excited for the cup game 2 minutes before kick off. The novelty has worn off recently.

Whilst I dont get as excited as I do for Good Friday, I fully agree. I'd much rather have the 2 points next week then the week after at Leeds. |
