I used it earlier for myself, and the 3 other season tickets in our house.
Worked perfectly fine first time.
I just hope the postman is as efficient.

I did just that. I had a very long conversation with our friendly rlfans member who works in the ticket office to try and sort it out. We tried numerous work arounds. In the end none of it worked and I had to use the phone to book. Looks like I will have to do the same again.
I have also worked in IT long enough to spot a system that just isn't up the job and this one certainly isn't.

Watching Scottish football is hard work Matt . Had 30 years of it and aint doing it again . Driving down the M6 is a joy compared to watching it . Stick to the Rugby League mate .
My lad Ross will need to learn that . He was with me at the Warriors game on Friday then up To Inverness to watch the Hearts on Saturday afternoon .

The system works fine for me everytime I try it. Ive bought season tickets, home tickets and away tickets with no issues at all.

no problems when i got my ticket yesterday, logged onto site and my seat was there ready and waiting for me to purchase. also added member and got daughters ticket as well. |

The whole ticketing situation is a bloody shambles! I can't use the e-ticket system as it won't accept my client code or password and I have just wasted £3.50 on a phone call to the ticket office (DW rubbish and Ticketmaster) to be told that my season ticket isn't actually available! I live in Manchester and don't have the easy option of visiting the stadium just to get a ticket. I accept that these sub-standard operators are working as agents for the club but what a shambles!
