Glad you see what most of us at home could see that the refereeing decisions probably cost Leeds the game. But as I've said on another forum history only remembers the winners but any one who has half a brain would say you were very, very lucky and if sport was fair then the trophy would be back in Leeds now. Cue the abuse

Most people on your forum, not most people who watched the game yesterday, as I think you will find nearly everyone other person than your own will agree you were very lucky. For the majority of the match you were second best. But that's how sport goes just nice to see Wigan fans being so honest about their victory. (pss don't worry no one will take the cup back if you admitted you were lucky )

| I think we showed yesterday how good we are defensively. Leeds had as much ball as they will ever get in a game against us and still couldn't do us. Typical British mentality, our defence needs to be copied by others.

| Im missing something here. We won by 10 points didnt we? So scrap Limas try and the goal off and erm.... we still win.
Leeds play out of their skin and lose
Wigan were well below par and win

| I like the assumption that everyone makes that in the case of wigans tries being chalked off they clearly werent going to score again.

Davies was gutted...

And if we're scrapping tries then the 2nd Leeds one from the Ablett "play the ball" has to go.

| Erm Hall try was never grounded
Seems to me the commentery team seem to concentrate far more on what Leeds were doing both in defence and attack. I just put it down to them knowing that Wigan could turn it on at any time wheras Leeds had limited chances and knew they had to take them plus they wanted a close game for the TV.
Ms Balding was seriously distressed in the studio at the end. "Awww aint it a shame for Leeds"

| Wasnt trying to be bitter, just thought it would be worth pointing stuff out that people had missed, that was certain, and had an impact on the game not benefitting, like the classic sinfield push on pat.

Halls second try? Glad someone else has seen this too, i thought i was imagining it due to nobody else picking up on it. Pretty sure that charnleys arm is underneath when you look at the head on camera angle.
Wigan were not the only team that were 'lucky'.
