I don't know where all the s are getting this "leeds were better in the 2nd half" nonsense from? As I recall wigan won that half 12 - 8, they were by far the better tackling side, better attacking side and thats plain to see.
Yes it was a nervous last 15 mins, but its a cup final and thats whats supposed to happen when 2 top sides meet at wembley. If, buts and maybes don't win finals, skill, guts and a strong work ethic does.

Maybe referring to Danny McGuire's tackling of George Carmont without the ball to ensure that Pat Richards could not offload to him, resulting in Wigan losing the playoff game last year, which of course led to Danny McGuire's unfortunate injury.

Cmon play fair Wigan did not cheat. If the ref makes an error then thats not cheating.
It was not like Deacon tried to put a sliding tackle on a centre whose going to receive a pass and score a wining try with the last play of the game.

Now where did something similar to that happen last season and who was the team involved. Thats cheating ref making mistakes is human nature.

Yeah we were lucky. In the lead all the way. Won the first half 16-10. Won the second half 12-8. Scored more tries and more conversions.

Where is the mention of him saying Wigan did enough to win, Mossop was fantastic as was Finch or the fact that he felt we could have turned on the tap anytime we needed to?
