| I think 3 should go down and 3 in . Licences are to long of a wait just for 1 new club to come up . No incentive for lower tier clubs

If i'm honest I would probably say Crusaders to go down as well, unless they move back to South Wales. The potential benefits of a welsh side are greatly reduced by the current location (imo).
Give Fax a go.

| I think Wakey are grabbing at straws when it comes to Crusaders and Quins. It's not about them, it's about Wakefield and what they failed to do, even though they had plenty of time to do it.
Though I sympathise with the Wakefield fans (some of them), if they aren't demoted, it will make a complete mockery of the entire system.
They should have merged with Castleford and Featherstone all those years ago, as was suggested. Cas, though they're better than Wakey, are not a big club either. But if they'd merged, they'd probably now be one of the powerhouses of the game.

| Im inclined to agree with a few people in this topic. Whoever gets the chop only has themselves to blame, they have had years and years to sort themselves out.

It's the fans I feel sorry for not their current or previous owners who have put them in this mess the fans were promised things and simply let down. It will be a long time till we see Wakey in Super League again I feel hopefully Leigh are the next to come up.

| Quote: Pemps "I think part of the perceived injustice centres on Crusaders & probably Quinns.
Crusaders are getting low crowds and have lost their USP of proximity now they've moved to Wrexham. Quinns, to the naked eye, seem to offer next to nothing but there are some facts kicking around stating that more people are now playing RL in London than any other part of the country. Also there are rumours that SKY want them there, and SKY pay everyone in SL's wages so what they say goes.'"
This is bang on - Quins will not go anywhere due to SKY

| Living in the East Midlands, I wouldn't want another North West Team to be given entry at the expense of the eastern part of the country. Now that Crusaders are a 'NW' team, the expansion planners of the RFL would be taking a backward step.

| RFL have said that things are going to change after these licences. If a club isn't 'performing' or fulfilling the criteria/requirements then they can have they licence revoked at any time during the next three years.

Does that equate to:-
- If you stadium isn't going to be done by the next licenses, your out now instead of 2 years down the line when nothings changed. (Cas/Wakey!)
- Administration means instant loss of license?

16304_1526976105.jpg [size=100:2md8k3b3][b:2md8k3b3]'Do you remember when we had that meeting in Orlando? We talked about how we were knocked out the previous year by Leeds. And at the end, I asked you one question. "Do you want to be a semi-final team? Or do you want to do something special?" You all said you wanted to win. But talking is easy – it needed you to believe. It needed you to work hard – harder than you had – and make sacrifices. You did all that. you worked for each other. You stuck together when it was tough. And because of your efforts, you sit here tonight as champions. I'm proud of you. Be proud of yourselves. You've done something special.'

| Quins should be going. Having worked in South London in rugby league development I don't say that easily. However, it just doesnt work. The children and even the adults who play rl in the south have no identity with the quins. Most children who play the game don't know who the quins are let alone go and watch them they just enjoy playing the game but you could say that about basketball and thats hardly ripping up trees is it. So yes there are a lot of people playing the game down there but that wouldnt stop if the quins werent in SL. Another factor is the geography of london most people who have played RL down there will understand that to play team you normally have to travel for at least an hour, 2hrs in some cases, So for those players to go watching the quins it could take them two hrs there and two hrs back so they are just not going to do it. Take it from me RL will never thrive in a professional sense in London

| Saying that I think it will be Wakefield. They struggle from a poor ground and being so close to so many other better performing clubs
