| Quote: Bilko "Daftest sin bin I've seen was Brian Carney being given a yellow for charging down a Salford goal kick attempt in pre season at Salford. Must have been for a bet but in truth it summed up the poor attitude in 2005 that led to a diabolical second half of that year.'"
That still makes me chuckle.
I just assumed he'd played Union is his youth and had a rush of blood - you can charge down as soon as the kicker starts his kick in Union as far as I recall. I always remember it as a close, tough and niggly game and looking at your site confirms we were only 7-0 up after an hour when Alker scored.
I also seem to recall Coley putting in a monster hit on someone?

| It's a good job it wasn't a close game. Ridiculous sin bin. Lima caught the ball because it was heading straight at him with no Barrow players in sight. If anything he was speeding up the play the ball.

| The stupid thing is that; Yeah its a technicality but he caught a ball that was going nowhere near a Barrow player and gave it them back. It would have probably gone out of play and I think its a lot worse when those barrow players kept making out as if they were retrieving the ball for a scrum but then would leave it and run back making a Wigan player go get it. That WAS slowing the game down deliberately and in my opinion was worse than what Lima did just technicalities.

| Thing is, it's pretty much an automatic 10 minutes (or at least ought to be, there's that word "consistency" again). As soon as he stepped over to catch it, I said out loud "10 minutes", and sure enough, off he went.
I would argue that he wasn't "helping the ball on it's way", as he basically dropped it on the floor after he caught it.
As for him "not knowing", I thought it was part of the international rules, so he should have known.
Lima's a total liability, discipline-wise.

| He was slowly trudging back to the mark and somebody threw the ball towards him. What else could he do? Make himself invisible? He didnt exactly run to catch it lol

Very harsh to say he is a total liability.
I think he has played well in recent weeks and will be a real fans favourite. His interview was quite funny too.

| I think Barrow were trying to gain the sin bin, why else pass it to one of our players? You put him in a very tricky situation.
