Seems to have a new lease of life under Maguire and Wane regime and has got his old form back. I take my hat off to him. Fielden is a lynchpin of the Wigan pack and when he is out you certainly notice the difference.

I certainly think his break from Noble (after a decade) has done him a world of good.

I would agree. A player can go stale under the same coaching year in year out. The break from Noble was probably the best thing.

| I mentioned in a previous post that Feilden is looking a lot bigger at the moment. He is not required to put 80 mins any more so he can afford to carry the extra weight, looking at him with Hock and O'Carroll the pack is going to get one big boost when they are available.

| Struggling, don't think so. We've had some hard games and can now look forward to several that we should win. No, we haven't put too many big scores on anyone as Wilfs have done. As the season rolls on and injuries start mounting up, it's good to see that we have 25+ players in the squad with plenty of Super League experience.
Outside of Dobson, Roby and Graham, I dont think there is another player in Super League who would add value to Wigan at the moment.

Off the top of my head without thinking about it to much;
Pauleta, Monaghan x2, Buderus and Morley are all players that would improve us. I think there maybe a lot more as well as there are some very good players in SL at the moment.

Wigan had eight in a row

Looks like a Class player but he is a big fish in a little pond at Cas (Like Danny Orr was when he signed for Wigan) so maybe he'd be a gamble?. Watching him the other day at Saints literally everything went through him, I doubt he'd get that much ball or control of the game at one of the bigger clubs.

| Chase is looking good at Cas but Moran looked good at the Broncos. I would be suprised if Chase is not courted by "bigger" clubs. Cas have lost their best rated players Shenton and Westerman and improved for it. Westerman was the next big thing but he may need a better coach than Agar to take him to the next level.

I'm suprised Rogues hasnt exploded at this Leuluai is a world class 9, I thought he'd be spending most of this season there with the signing of Finch .

Westerman has the talent , he just has(or had) a wrotten attitiude. Maybe the move will do him good. I spoke to an ex player in Wigan about him and he told me as much.

Danny Orr never looked class playing for us (or anyone else for that matter)
