| Sort the discipline and we should win. Lots of stupid errors today, which all need to be addressed this week by Madge.

I don't know why people harp on about or perceived poor discipline? The style of RL we play means refs are always going to give penalties against us.
Do people really think we could, or even should, go all the game without committing some sort of offence?

| Discipline wasnt the problem, that was the problem for them. Our problem was intensity, it was shocking until after the red. We looked miles better when we stepped it up after we went down to 12.

| Not convinced Maguire will play anyone else at fullback if Tomkins is available.

| Quote Bridger="Bridger"I'd go for:
Roberts
Goulding, O'Loughlin, Carmont, Charnley
Tomkins, Leuluai
Prescott, McIlorum, Coley
Hoffman, Farrell,
Hansen
Decaon, Lima, Mossop, Tuson'"
I can see where you are coming from, but Lockers is just too much of an attacking threat in the middle of the park at loose (just look at charnleys trys, they wouldnt have been scored if Lockers was outwide at centre) I do think we need someone bigger out there to help Goulding, sure any of our 2nd rowers wouldnt let us down if we were desperate.

Well if Deacon isn't fit, who other than Sam is capable of playing 6? It only leaves Lockers.
We look far more threatening with:
1. Amos
6. Tomkins
7. Leuluai
As opposed to.
1. Sam
6. Lockers
7. Leuluai

Possibly so but I bet you Maguire will go with the second option.

I also see where you're coming from but there's no point scoring tries if we're conceding at an equal or faster rate.

Given the choices, Madge does seem to prefer Lockers at 6 than Roberts in at FB.
Could be a boost to us with Lockers at 6 though, gives us an extra forward on the pitch for what will no doubt be a tough game.

Which is why it would probably be better putting someone like Hoff, Tuson, HH there instead of Lockers. That way we have the attacking threat of Lockers in the middle and a tighter defence along that side.

| Sam gets more protection at Full Back than at Stand off and I think he'll see the season out there. The way he was hit yesterday, you wouldnt think he was protected. The Dull FC spoiling tactics and the targetting of Sam nearly worked and I expect Huddlesfield will already have had a game plan similar to Dulls even before they saw yesterdays match. I fully expect Huddlesfield to pull no punches, especially given the recent history Lockers/Robinson etc. Wigan will need to stand firm, and face up to a brutal tests. I expect Warrington to act exactly the same, but Leeds lack to size and do the same and at least have some players, rather than thugs. 2 out of 3? 3 out of 3 please, but our strength in depth will be tested. Shame we haven't any spare centres!!!
