| What have Coley and Gleeson got to do? I could understand if he was going for younger players rather than the more established names, but then why aren't Farrell and Mossop in the Elite squad?

| Farrell and Mossop are better than most of the younger players in the elite squad in my view. They definitely deserve to be in there.

| im honestly dissapointed that farrell hasnt been included over the likes of wilkin, as the boy has so much more passion and work ethic than wilkin! but fear not, he wont be overlooked forever, and his time will be soon, hopefully for england anyway!

I have absolutely zero faith in McNamara, in both picking a team/squad and tactically, so who knows!

With that and Wilkin telling tales on them, it'd be easy!

hahaha, or we could hope that wilkin goes with moody booty graham to aus, they both get nationality, and by some flaming miracle make it into the aussie side, someone like moz or coley gives them a whack and then theyll pack up for the remaing 75 minutes!

| Once again proof that international rugby league is a joke, when players can seemingly change nationality whenever they want.

That's in a Wiganers eyes. lol There will still be time for more players to be added I'm sure. The England squad needs experienced players along with the new younger breed. Saints by the way have 6 players in the Elite and 4 in the Knights. Wigan have 5 in the elite and 5 in the Knights.

maybe so in that post, but i agree with him! wilkin doesnt offer anything that farrell doesnt, and youth and hunger is on the young lad's side! wilkins had his chance and never really offered a thing at international level!

| Andy Coley/Martin Gleeson might be overlooked because they will have retired by the time the 2013 World Cup comes along.
No real complaints. Farrell and Mossop will push their way into an England jersey IMO. Two excellent players who are only going to get better. So pleased we have them on five-year deals.
If Gareth Hock comes back and makes the improvement under Madge/Wane and plays anything like he is capable of he will be in the mix for a starting jersey for sure.
Well done to Paul Prescott & Mike McIlorum. Two players who aren't tied down to long-term deals with the club. Maintain their current form and rate of improvement, I see no reason why they wont be tied up to lengthy contracts.
Interesting to note that Leeds have only one player in the England Knights squad.
