I seem to remember someone getting dragged before the disciplinary last year for bending someones arm behind the opposition players back and the teams coach getting them off by demonstrating at the hearing that bending someones arm behind there back isn't a chicken wing. Think they call that 'putting undue pressure upon the joint.'
What I think Lima did was clamp Wilkins forearm to his upper arm (so it takes the shape of a chicken wing
No he didnt, he didnt bend Wilkins arm so impossible to be called a chicken wing, we hyper exdended the shoulder by keeping it straight and pulling it down with him.

Big Girl " Lima....Chicken wing "
Lockers "FOOKIN HELL !!" Heard it as clear as day LOL
It didn't look like a chicken wing to me. The swearing was only bettered by the handling of it by the commentary team. Hemmings apologising for the use of "industrial language" from one of the players. What hell does that mean?

| If Lima is found innocent then imo Wilkin should be punished heavily!
No place in our game for moaning about fellow players on the pitch. If you have a problem then you should sort it out there and then with some biff not by crying to the ref.
What’s next if we go down this road? Are we going to see Wilkin holding up imaginary cards like they do in football trying to influence the ref to send players off?
Wilkin needs to be punished hard for this and stamp it out of the game.

no place in the game for this player whingeing.
can anyone clarify........how long has there ben a rule that a player can stop the game to make an "official complaint" to the ref???
surely the ref should tell em to shut up and report it at the end of the game ??

To be fair, I think biting should be reported as it's a $hit house thing to do.
I seem to recall wilkin reporting someone for biting few years back.

Yeah, so do I! but I was just responding to the question, of how long as a player been able to report foul play to the ref.

It just don't happen in rugby league. Won't be long before wilkin is waving his hand showing cards!
He's a big time Charlie who ain't good enough to play for saints. If he put the same effort into playing as he does for his media work then we'd have a good player.
He looks like a boy against men!

this ^
he's an ex melbourne forward using a house tactic, hardly surprising, not complaint worthy though, wilkin needs to grow a pair.

| Chicken wing - Not sure where the definition used above came from, but a chicken wing is actually an arm lock technique taught to security guards & door bitches. It's also used in wresting.
It's main purpose is to immobilise a persons arm so they can be steered where you want them to go,(IT causes a LOT of pain),or in wresting to gain a submission.
I watched the replays & slow mo's that pinky & perky on Sky showed & never at any stage did it look like a chicken wing.
