Good choices, all six of them are cracking lads, and as Rads points out, all with good attitudes.

Most will be going out on loan/dual reg, of course, which will be a lot better for them than reserves games.

I think we had a squad of 33 this year (not counting Mellor, who was injured virtually all season), with 3 of them not getting a game, so it's about the same again.

Any chance of an assessment of these lads from regular academy followers? Who's the most likely to make an impact in time?

From those 6, I'd say Crosby, King & Russell are the best prospects, and would do well on loan at a lower SL club. The other three, though good, would probably benefit more from a dual reg contract with a good Championship club, at this stage in their development.
