you will play in the one that SKY say you are playing in. Its not a free choice. SKY may be generous and let you play on the Sunday, which they probably will do (and should do IMO), but they may say it is on the Friday.

So despite you being told 3 or 4 times you still think you know more!! We cant play fri or sat therfore sunday will be the day! The club have already had talks with the RFL and sky after the Widnes farce!
Plus we are Wigan so we dictate to sky!!

why can you not play on Friday? just because the DW Stadium [imight[/i be unavailable, doesn't mean that Wigan Warriors are unavailable.

as much as you try to protest, you all know deep down that if SKY say Wigan are playing on Friday there will be no negotiation and you may have to find an alternative venue for the game.

No your right we are playing friday night at Orrell or LSV. We wanted Widnes but they said they have a small club sharing with them!!

Seeing we can't play at home on Friday or Saturday - I think it's safe to assume Sky and the RFL will ask us to play our game on Sunday.

As I said to you last week when you were desperately trying to convince yourself of the same argument, there's now four games in week 1 of the play-offs spread over three days, instead of one on Friday and one on Saturday as in previous years. Sky aren't as brain dead as your argument.

Does anyone know when this mess will be sorted out? Presumably Sky are waiting until the exact fixtures are confirmed so we won't know until after this weekend... Is the most likely outcome that they make an announcement on Monday?

Leeds may have a problem as there's International cricket on Sunday and Leeds Utd are at home on Saturday.

If Leeds get a win at Hull there'll be no problem, as they'll be away to us. Admittedly I'm less confident after Saturday's showing that they'll get a result at the KC, so there's a reasonable chance that they'll be at home after all.

We play when we want. We don't need Sky's money to compete. If Sky FORCE us to play away from home on the Friday, we could just quit Super League. There'd be a bit of panic from the powers that be then. Sky might even pull out of Super League without us and the big viewing figures. Imagine that all over the news, Wigan quit Super League because of Sky FORCING them to play away from home. The likes of St Helens need Wigan in Super League. End of.
